- Gold @ 10% return? 24,900 per month

- Real Estate is similar to Gold if we assume 10% return

- FD @ 6%? 35,000 per month

- Stocks (assuming 15% return - we know this can fluctuate) 15,000 per month

- MF (assuming 12% return - we know this can fluctuate) 21,050 per month
